Vibrant homes in a diverse city.
The Franklin Condominium is an 8-story apartment building in San Francisco. It has 48 luxury units, private patio spaces, a common lobby, a gym, a green roof, and a basement garage with car stackers, bike storage, and other utilities. The side building setbacks provide fresh air and light to the residents. Full-height windows allow maximum daylight and create a minimalist look. The structural system consists of columns and solid concrete cores to withstand California earthquakes. The roof deck offers great views of the city. The building utilizes high-efficiency fixtures, solar energy collection, solar water heating, and stormwater management. It aims to set a new standard for sustainable design and construction in the neighborhood.
