The Treehouse Central is located in a commercial complex in Alabang West, Las Pinas, Philippines.

The state-of-the-art three-story building is modern, bold, and sophisticated. It incorporates multiple sustainability features comparable to LEED-Certification: solar panels, double-paned glass system UV coating, water-efficient plumbing fixtures, gray water or rainwater for landscaping, low VOC interior materials, LED lights, and eco-friendly and recycled materials

We are proposing a nature-inspired interior. Design elements include large glass with black window and door frames, wood floors, warm LED lights, ample daylight, and extensive indoor landscaping.

The Australian franchise JUMP! Swin School with indoor heated pool offers three programs: Swimming Babies Program, Independent Swimmers Program, and Stroke Development Program.

This project was completed at Enspace in San Francisco, where I served as Principal Architect, leading the project through the pre-design, schematic design, and design development phases. I was responsible for the design as well as the renderings and presentation materials.
