Infinity is a modern open space living layout with large folding doors. The welcoming entry area provides the best open space for both relaxation and entertainment. Everything about this model is welcoming, open, and spacious. Large folding doors, sloped ceilings, and clerestory are available as an upgrade. This 1000-square-foot home consists of two modules that are constructed in a factory in 8 to 12 weeks, transported to the site, and installed on permanent foundations in one day.

Gaia Homes is an innovative provider of smart, sustainable, and modern prefabricated modular homes in California. They help buyers, builders, and designers take meaningful steps toward creating “home of the future” by building net-zero and net-positive energy modular homes. Their homes have large open floor plans, ample daylight, and accessible features that welcome every family member.

This project was completed at Gaia Homes in San Francisco. As Director of Design, I led the final designs from pre-concept through construction administration for a standard modular design, customized to meet individual client needs.
